What to expect during your Free Initial Consultation

Your Free Initial Consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. It is chance for you to tell me how I can help and what support you need.

The Free Initial Consultation is also a chance for us to talk about how Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can help you and how I work.

In addition to understanding more about mental health, the brain and why we think and react the way we do, it is a chance to explore how hypnotherapy works either face to face in Cirencester or online.

Adam Baggs Hypnotherapy offers solution focused hypnotherapy in Cirencester as well as online hypnotherapy. Learn more about what I can help with here.
