Service Description

Achieve your goals for Positive Change in May. *Are you looking to achieve Positive Change? *Perhaps you want to stop drinking for the month? *Are you looking to lose some weight? *Do you want to decrease stress and reduce anxiety? *Or perhaps you are looking to perform better? If the answer is YES to any of the above, this four week series of group sessions could be just the thing for you. Each 40 minute session includes: *A short but informative look at the mind and what you can do to help yourself perform better, reduce stress, relax and achieve your goals. *Reflection on your recent personal success and the 3Ps - Positive Thought, Positive Action and Positive Interaction. *Focus on your current goals and reflection on your current personal journey. *A 20-25 minute relaxation / hypnosis to support your positive change. Notes: As a group session you will not be required to share personal information, discuss personal goals and challenges or speak in front of the group.
